When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm orders by email once payment is authorized. Prices and availability can change, and we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged.

Our products are raw, unpasteurized, live-culture ferments. They are perishable and must be kept refrigerated. Because of this, all sales are generally final once shipped. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

We ship to keep ferments cold in transit, but you are responsible for refrigerating your order promptly on arrival. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Wild Origin makes food, not medicine. Our products and our writing are for general wellness and education. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician. If you are pregnant, immunocompromised, or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before adding new fermented foods to your diet.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or misuse our content.

The Wild Origin name, logo, writing, and imagery are owned by Wild Origin Brands and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild Origin Brands is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
